E convencem o pai a irmos almoçar fora, à nossa praia do costume.
E eis a receita:
200 g de manteiga + 25 g para a forma
200 g de açúcar + 50 g para a forma
Raspa de 1 limão
40 ml de sumo de limão
4 ovos
200 g de farinha com fermento
300 g de polpa de diospiro
1pitada de sal
1 pitada de canela moída
Pré-aquecer o forno a 160ºC.
Desenformar morno e deixar arrefecer.
Ficou de-li-ci-o-so!!

And the day starts as any other regular day, specially when it is Saturday: after taking care of my little girls (breakfast and hygiene), I put the machines at work with clothes and dishes, I tidied the rooms and I baked a cake.
My mother has a lot of persimmon fruit (so many that the tree branches crack with the weight) and, after distributing a few, I baked a cake with the remain and kept others in the fridge to hold more time:
And here's the recipe:
200 g of butter + 25 g to the pan
200 g of sugar + 50 g to the pan
lemon zest
40 ml of lemon juice
4 eggs
200 g baking flower
300 g persimmon pulp
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of cinnemon
Pre-heat the oven at 160ºC.
Butter a 20 x 30 cm pan and cover it with tracing paper.
Powder with sugar and bits of butter.
Cover with the persimmon pulp and the lemon zest and reserve.
Mix the sugar with the butter and the lemon juice until you get a cream.
Add the previously mixed eggs and stir until they are perfectly incorporated.
Add the flower with the salt and a pinch of cinnemon.
Spread this cream over the persimmon, with the aid of a spatula.
Let it cook until it is dry.
Unpan it when it is warm and let it cool off.
